THE MOGUL MAUSOLEUM - A LUCKY 38 OVERHAUL Overhauls the Lucky 38 (mostly to the terrible penthouse floor) in a similar vain to my other Casino overhauls. This mod allows users to run the lucky 38 casino, basically making you the owner. I hope you enjoy this mod!
